Masood is the Founder and Speaker of Empowering All. He has been honoured with “The 3 November Medal” and “Maldives National Award” for his contribution to the local media.
In the early stages of his career, he participated in the country’s inter-office teledrama competition. In its first year, he received both the Best Director Award and the Best Story Award for the teledrama “Telephone”, submitted by the Maldives Ports Authority in 1994.
Masood has an extensive background in television, having served as a TV talk show host for over twenty years. During his media career, he covered a wide array of topics, interacted with diverse audiences, and interviewed many influential figures. This experience has sharpened his communication skills and enhanced his understanding of public engagement, greatly contributing to his effectiveness as a speaker.
Driven by a powerful vision, Masood’s mission is “To inspire individuals to lift themselves up”.
